Bittner Audio at the prolight+sound 2006: Intelligent Power

The new 4-channel power amplifiers are available with an output power of 4x 400, 4x 700, and 4x 1000 Watt in 4 Ohm respectively. Operation in 2 Ohm is possible, too. With a switching power supply the 4-channel amplifiers turn into lightweights. Some of the highlights are computer control, switchable noise-gate and limiter, and alive contacts. The amplifiers use Phoenix connectors as In/Outputs.

The new amplifiers of the XB series cover the power spectrum up to 2x 1100 Watt and thus fill the gap between the 400 and 800 Watt XB amplifiers and the new amplifiers of the XR series. Distinctive features are for example switchable limiters, remote and sequential switch-on and digital volume controls (on the back panel).
